Roomie's sick

Roomie has a migraine that has lasted for two days. I do have sympathy but.....even when she's not sick her weekend is the same. Jeez.

Mom's call.

Mom called to let me know a Jehovah's witness woke her up and she ran him off. Poor Jehovah's witness. Then she asked if I remembered to pick up toilet paper for her, when I pointed out she never mentioned toilet paper I hear, "Hehehehe, I know". She pulls that crap all the time hoping I won't catch it and she can bitch at me.
 Love my mother but Jeeze.

The plan for today is lunch with the ex and ex friends at local restaurant at Osage Beach. Then quiet time at home. The company that I'm keeping may seem odd but I'm doing it for the ex..she's a good person and we're still friends.

I'm 53, divorced 9 months ago and my daughter recently got married. It's going to take some getting used to the new found freedom.

Dealing with family for the last month so I haven't had time to post but that's changed.
