There's a new policy at work where office workers will be helping in the factory. Well one of the painters said that would be good for them to see what real work was and implied they were lazy. I verbally jumped his ass for the statement because the majority of the office work their butts off. This painter is not a team player and pawns off his own work on others.
By the time I got done with him he fell back on his old ploy of trying to instigate a fight. Jeez he doesn't even have the balls to throw the first punch when someone pisses him off.
My work today is done
